– Trial of lawyer Mohammed Ramadan on charges of insulting the president postponed

Alexandria Criminal Court decided to postpone the trial of human rights lawyer Mohammed Ramadan in the case known in the media as insulting the president and publishing false news on the social networking website Facebook to the May 13 session and the court allowed the defense of the defendants to proceed with the measures to appeal against the constitutionality of the provisions of the Terrorism Law No. 94 of 2015.

– Trial of defendants in the “Popular Resistance Committee in Kerdasa” case postponed

Giza Criminal Court, convened at the Police Academy, presided over by Counselor Shaaban al-Shami, postponed the trial of the defendants in the case known in the media as the “Popular Resistance Committee in Kerdasa” to 21 February to fulfill the defense demands.

– Retrial of defendants in “The oppressed of downtown” case postponed

Cairo Criminal Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute, presided over by Justice Hussein Qandil, postponed the retrial of the 120 defendants in the case known in the media as “The oppressed of downtown” to 24 February to hear the defense pleading.

– Pronouncing the verdict in “Tanta Terrorist Cell” case postponed

Cairo Criminal Court, convened at the Police Cadets Institute in Tora, presided over by Justice Hussein Qandil, postponed pronouncing the verdict in the retrial of one defendant in the case known in the media as “Tanta Terrorist Cell” case to tomorrow’s session.

– Pronouncing the verdict in “Special Operations Cell” case postponed

The Military Court decided to postpone pronouncing the verdict on the defendants in the case known in the media as the “Special Operations Cell” to 24 January session.

– Former Secretary General of the Parliament released and his trial postponed

Cairo Criminal Court postponed the trial of former Secretary General of the Parliament Sami Mahran on charges of profiting to the March 8 hearing to hear the defense pleading and ordered the release of the defendant.
