– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 213 defendants in the case known as “Ansar Beit al-Maqdis” or “Supporters of Jerusalem” case for the November 13 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court sentenced two defendants to 3 years in high-security prison in the case known as “Coalition of Police Cadets”.

– Cairo Criminal Court ruled that the 5-year prison sentence issued in absentia against one of the defendants in the case known as “Helwan Students Cell” still stands due to the absence of the defendant and his defense team.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the first trial hearing of Youssef Botros Ghali in the “squandering of public funds” case for the December 5 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court acquitted a defendant in the retrial procedures of the case known as “Ain Shams violence incidents”.

– Giza Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 23 defendants in the case known as “Al-Nahda Sit-in dispersal” for 2nd of December hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court sentenced one defendant to 3 years in high-security prison and one other defendant to 10 years in high-security prison over the case known as “Al-Talbyia violence incidents”.

– Helwan Prosecution referred Nurse Sayda Fayed in the case No. 29377 of 2018 Helwan Misdemeanor to the Misdemeanor Court to consider its first case hearing on the November 10 hearing on charges of spreading false news.

– Cairo Criminal Court rejected the appeal challenging the decision to detain blogger Mohamed Oxygen for 45 days into case No. 621 of 2018 State Security, and upheld the decision accordingly.

– Cairo Criminal Court rejected the appeal challenging the decision to detain Adel Sabry, Zeinab Abo Ouna, and Shorouk Amgad for 45 days into the case No. 441 of 2018 State Security, and upheld the decision accordingly.

– Cairo Criminal Court rejected the appeal challenging the decision to detain Hazem Abdel-Azim for 45 days into the case No. 734 of 2108 State Security, and upheld the decision accordingly.

– Cairo Criminal Court renewed the detention of journalist Islam Ghait for 45 days in case No. 977 of 2017 State Security.
